Experience
Matters!
|
|
|
|
Our vast experience in the building, renovation and remodeling
industry, along with our specialized structural training offers us a unique insight
when inspecting your prospective home or business location. In addition, our continuing
training and course study specific for home inspections gives us a “heads up” on
other inspection companies.
Our inspectors are Certified Real Estate Inspectors (CRI) of the National Association
of Home Inspectors (NAHI). Less than 500 inspectors in the United States have this
distinction. We are also member of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
(NACHI).
For specialized testing of air quality, mold and drug use, consider the following:
Our inspector has been certified by the Environmental
Solutions Association (ESA) as a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), a Certified Mold
Assessor (CMA), and a Certified Indoor Air Quality Technician (CIAQT). He also has
the designation as a Professional Environmental Inspector (PEI) with the Pro-Lab
Professional Partners program, and belongs to the following organizations: The Indoor
Air Quality Association (IAQA), The American Indoor Air Quality Council, and IESO.
Our inspector is the only technician in the Philadelphia area certified to use the
Drugwipe drug detection system.
Finally, our years of experience inspecting buildings assures you of a qualified,
thorough inspection of your prospective home or office building.
